How do I place an order?

Simply by going to SHOP on the top menu, you can either shop by category of products if you want. Choose the products that you wish to buy and click Add to Cart.
Payment and Shipping

After you are done shopping, click checkout on the very top of the website. You can also click on the cart logo at the bottom of each product. Enter all your information for shipping and payment information. You should receive a confirmation after all process is completed.

All of our orders are 100% secured by Paypal, you can use your paypal account or if any credit cards to make your purchase.
Refund and Exchange Policies
If you're not happy, we're not happy! At Bodied By Carlaâ„¢, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Our policy lasts 7 days after receipt. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All undergarments may not be returned. Please order the correct size.Some products have a size chart on the product page.Due to health and hygiene reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges on undergarments and used or damaged exercise clothes.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email info@bodiedbycarla.com with your name, contact details, order number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside while we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is 'out of stock' an online credit note or refund will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed less the shipping fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bodiedbycarla.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bodiedbycarla.com and we will provide return direction
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
